- Direct Permission for Real Testimonials: In cases where a client has given us explicit written or verbal permission, we may feature their real testimony in video, audio, or text format without modification.
- No Fabricated Testimonials: We do not fabricate, invent, or manufacture testimonials. All testimonials — whether anonymized or attributed — are based on real client experiences.

- AI does not make final consulting recommendations. All merchant statement analysis and savings recommendations are reviewed and delivered by a human Merchant True team member.
- AI does not access or store your financial documents beyond what is necessary for the service you requested.
- AI does not make decisions about which processor to refer you to. Those decisions are made by our team based on your specific situation.
